I have a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Long Beach. While studying there, I was trained in a variety of therapy methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy. After obtaining my master's degree I interned with a supervisor trained in attachment-based and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
My approach is to travel alongside you in your journey to uncover how you may have gotten to this place, learning healthier coping strategies, and understanding what might be standing in your way to FLOURISHING. I incorporate a strength-based approach with an attachment-based healing method that can address past and present emotional injuries.
