We offer individual, couples, and family therapy to support clients with concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges to more specific struggles related to  ADHD, neurodivergence, and OCD. We have a particular focus on helping teens—especially high-achieving adolescents and young athletes—navigate stress, emotional regulation, and the pressures of school, sports, and relationships. Our goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care that helps individuals and families develop healthier patterns, build resilience, and flourish.
